THE EXPERIENCE OF RUSSO-GEORGIAN WAR AND THE CHALLENGES OF CYBER SECURITY

The book cites the speech by former First Deputy Chief of Staff to the President of RF and former GRU Intelligence officer Vladislav Surkov who held closed-door conference with number of Russian spin-doctors right after the war in Georgia and explained how to use information as a weapon to Fight Russia’s enemies.
